Nope not possible. I think people are just too different, different requirements, different strengths & weaknesses. There will always be those who need more to survive (for example disabled people, ppl with chronic health issues or mental health issues, etc), and this will create a constant imbalance in “equality” … not to mention ppl who are just smarter/dumber or stronger/weaker.
So I think rather than try to force a system of equality on everyone, there has to be a very complex system that appraises each individual’s needs (taking into account that some ppl will always try to cheat the system) in order to provide a baseline standard of living where everyone can survive safely. But then I think achievers should be rewarded extra, in order to provide incentive to achieve.
Not sure but I think I’m describing “social democracy” like in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland. They’re run by capitalist structures, so there’s a lot of innovation and competition at the specialized level, but they provide a strong baseline of social amenities so nobody starves or suffers just because they can’t keep up.

And we’ve been brainwashed by MSM/the rich that “socialism” and “communism” is evil. Meanwhile , China’s economy is thriving. Their ppl actually have social programs for the poor and everyone has free universal healthcare. Oh and they get mandatory maternity leave which we don’t even have here.
Meanwhile, here in the USA, all of our money goes to wars, military industrial complex, big ph.arm.a, big ag, ie ALL of our money is funneled to the rich. And in every administration, goes to the presidents cronies.
Why are we at war with Venezuela? Yes we want their oil but it’s also bc trumps crony (forget name) has a ton of stocks in Venezuela and lost a ton of money. BUT if we get into a war with Venezuela, then he stands to gain billions. So ofc what happens? He convinced his buddy trump to get into a war with Venezuela. It was never about “drugs coming from Venezuela” bc most of the drugs (fentanyl, cocaine, etc) comes from Mexico.
Anyway, yes, the best so far is the Scandinavian model. Or actually- what the US had in the 50s, 60s and 70s was great. Capitalism was reigned in by heavy regulation. And government didn’t allow legalized bribery (“campaign donations”) or allowed lobbyists to outright give money to politicians
We have such a fucked up system now. And it is unsustainable. Life in America s only going to get worse. The only reason everything is imploding yet is bc we are propped up by debt where countries like China let us borrow money. But once that stops, Americans will be even more screwed.

I had no idea that’s what was behind the bullshit war on Venezuela, I just assumed it was the standard reasons, but for it to be literally about 1 asshole who wants to profit, that’s disgusting beyond disgust.

Yes but these are some things they don’t want and are immensely frustrated that they cannot overcome. Many rich people spend lots of money to try to be or look young – get old anyway. So many try to escape death – die anyway. epstein files reveal that. Drinking blood of babies in hope of remaining young. “Bhogon ne hamko bhog liya” – “Stuff I was consuming consumed me”… it’s like that. The out-of-reach nature of desire consumes them. They no longer feel joy in regular things, they have to push boundaries to feel something.
