Interesting video. Lady’s mind is sharp as a tack and healthy as a horse. She’s healthier than most 40yo’s. Zero medication. Watch till the end. The last 3min is related to depression- well- the lack thereof.
Healthy people should avoid doctors. Our health care system (USA) is sick. Prevention is at least 99% personal choices I dare say.
Our healthcare system rewards tests and procedures. It is so broken. Doctors hardly have time to do their best.
PS: After going without a health check up for just about 20 years I got checked out and the doctor said, “You’ve had a heart attack”. News to me. She went on, “You have scarring in your heart.” She was making strong absolute statements based on her false diagnosis. A cascade of in depth tests followed showing my heart is about as healthy as someone half my age. I’m 68.
Around the 9:00 part she starts explaining in the best way I have ever heard what it is I do to keep this body and mind running quite well. May I even say I came on here thirteen years ago because I wanted to catch the bus but even that was overcome without a single drug.
It’s too late for me. I’m one of these ppl harmed by doctors. Not just by one or two but MULTIPLE drs.
The whole for profit system of healthcare is sick. Perverse incentives. Irreparable damage done to me. Irreparable damage done to millions of Americans. You don’t get this predatory “healthcare” in most other countries.
So true. Tragically true. I declined risky drugs several times. I dare say mental meds don’t carry risk at all, rather, they are guaranteed to harm. Maybe my life was harder to live for a while without the drugs, I would not know, but I see it would have been even harder, long run, if I had used them. May I ask, was it harmful drugs they prescribed or something else? I hope it is ok to ask.

No it wasn’t psych meds. I learned early on those things are toxic.
It was physical drs- mainly PCPs, ER drs, Dermatologists, other specialists, etc. ALL these mainstream drs harmed me. These drs learn whatever big ph.arma wants them to “know” in medical school.
When the industry corrupts the drs with bad information (intentional), then we are doomed. We can never get the help we need in an industry that perpetuates sickness and not health.
Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and
Idiot Dermatologists fucked me up.
It’s a long lengthy story but it wasn’t psych drugs. It’s was regular physical drs.
They either ignored my symptoms for decades and didn’t do shit to help OR worse, “helped” by giving me toxic shit.
Literally everything told to me by drs/medical industrial complex was/is a lie. Everything done to make us sicker.
It’s too long to type everything out, but the ENTIRE fucking American healthcare system and medical industry is designed to CAUSE us to be sick and keep us sick. Their “treatments” make you sicker still
And like the lady said in the video- all these things told to us about food- cholesterol, soy, etc- is all a lie.

I’m tired of this corrupt world. I’m tired of horrible human beings.
It’s hard for me to enjoy life or want to live when most humans are terrible ppl- every day ppl as well- just not evil CEOs.
I wasn’t sure if I would ever find a trustworthy few people to spend time with. It seems odd to me personally to live a in world with people every bit as bad as you say (corrupt and horrible) wreaking havoc on many but myself mostly focusing on the decent humans I have found. But yes, absolutely, there are horrible humans in the world.
eternaldarkness3/15/2026 - 11:30 am
Well, there’s horrible ppl but most ppl I find are just apathetic and uncaring. I don’t want to be around them either, and they are the majority of ppl.

Narcissists and psychopaths and users and manipulators purposely seek out ppl who are nice/can’t say no/abused/have depression/weaknesses and they target these ppl.
I know bc I’ve bet ppl who flat out tell me that’s what they do.
Bad People are drawn to ppl like me. So in order to protect myself, I’ve had isolate for the past some years.
So In my case, yes, I am surrounded by lots of evil/bad ppl.
Most ppl don’t “see” it bc they’re not being targeted by them.
It’s kind of like how scammers target elderly. It’s kind of like that.
And yes, I get targeted. These ppl purposely find and puck those they think they can easily use and manipulate, and unfortunately, these bad ppl seek me out. So in my world, ppl are dangerous. Bc bad ppl are.

@a1957- so you basically got into some hobbies and found some good friends, and now you no longer feel depressed and suicidal?
Good question. Before I begin let me say that it is so corrupt that we can have all the harmful treatments and substances we will accept to “treat” a chronic condition or even a harmless condition provided by some program or another but the natural substances that I find work so well are not provided, though some doctors do mention them. Hobbies and friends help. There are some supplements that are clearly helping my mind and body. I did find a church actually worth attending. Depression still comes but no where the near the intensity it once had. Suicide is something that I hope to avoid but I can still imagine it could be needed. This life is a work in progress.
Good question. My depressions became less frequent and less intense after taking a folate supplement for a few months. In some of us it needs to be a bio-available type, especially when over 40 years old.
There was daily heartburn, many times a day. One cayenne fruit capsule a day abolished it within about a month.
There was joint pain so bad I began to wonder if I could keep working. A supplement with a blend of turmeric extract, boswellia extract, black pepper extract, and collagen abolished that too. This took perhaps six months.
Would you like to hear more?
Yes, I’d like to know more. I already do take supplements but I don’t notice much of an effect except for vit b (shot) and mg (liquid).
I’ve taken a ton of supplements. They don’t seem to make me better, though if I’m deficient I certainly get worse.
Do you just take massive quantities?
Can you specify the exact supplements you take?

I have seen the deficient effect too. A doctor once told me, “they are nutrition, not medicine”. In the context of the conversation she was making clear that when they work or at least help they are what our bodies need for whatever process we need them for and if we stop taking them the benefit goes away. I take the amount suggested on the bottle/package. I do want to note we can’t post ads on here, as the rules say, but hopefully mentioning the brand is ok. The cayenne fruit is Natures Way and is 40,000 SHU per serving. I mentioned this took away the heartburn. Even better was it ended the acid reflux too, a significant cause of esophageal cancer. The folate is Life Extension L-methylfolate 1700mcg. I referred to it as bio-available but more often it is called metabolically active. The joint pain, over some time, was ended by one called RediMove, the one with all those extracts in it. I can be back on in a day or two with one that ended my gout, etc. Have a good night.
funny enough, last month, the folate was on sale for 3.05 so i actually bought that exact brand/bottle. the cayenne one looks good too, actually has minimal ingredients/fillers. the joint one is $$$$ $49. yikes. The folate I just opened.
so how long do you take them before you feel the effects? cuz for 99% of the supplements i take (and i take a crapton) i only feel the effects of a few. the rest i don’t feel anything, even when i take massive amounts. i totally ignore what teh suggested amount is. they have to do this so they don’t get sued, but for some supplements, like vit D for example, we need like 10x the dose they put on the bottles.
Hello Eternal, good question. The folate had some immediate effects but the real payoff was about a month in as I recall and even maybe some marginal further improvements in the years that followed. I do remember I double dosed for just the first day and then took the recommended amount (1) ever after. Really tamed the depressions a lot.
As you might imagine the cayenne is really hot so just one a day. In about a month it was daylight to dark better. Went from as many a dozen events per day (reflux or heart burn) to perhaps several in a whole year.
The joint one, Redimove, took about six months to fully come into its own. One a day on that one.
Here is another one. Gout. Surprised me and it was miserable, walking boot and all. EU Natural Uric Acid Purge. Doubled for the first week and then the two a day for the last year. Very pleased.
Yes , I too do multiples on C, D, and E. C about 400%. D about 750%. E I have to be careful. Too much and my skin turns red and stuff, so 400% on that. But yeah, with all the specialized ones I do very well at Suggested Use amount. I hope this helps.

I reacted before watching . Now I will watch it.

Thanks for posting this Eternal. Those last three minutes were beautiful.
You’re welcome. Glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
She is a shining example of self advocacy. I think countless passive patients are made sick by doctors. What do you think?

Part of the reason I am here on SP.
