@imperfectluck: exactly…well i got in this huge fight few hours ago with my sister…too the point of blood..that bothers me a little..then i have other things ima try to forget cuz it shouldnt bother me right now
You want to be alone but you don’t want to be alone? Yeah! I’m not the only one! It really does suck to feel that… like… is it something like you want to be by yourself but you want someone to force their way in and sit next to you? It’s a horrible feeling, I think… It makes me feel like I’m being selfish…
It’s a panic attack. I have friends who have treated their attacks with anything from tranquilizers to Prozac. Some of them have mentioned treating the attack by breathing into a paper bag (as with hyper-ventilating). You inhale your own carbon dioxide. After a minute or so, the abundance of carbon dioxide and lack of oxygen cause a lack of energy as the body attempts to conserve it’s supply. The result is a calming effect and often clarity. I hope this helps. If not, you could always get a prescription for anything used to treat anxiety.
Maybe your attacks are caused by abandonment issues. This would explain the mixed feelings.
@nolentwohundred: i have ALWAYS had anxiety attacks and yes majority of it all is from abandonment issues my biggest problem with the attacks is it hurts like fuck to breathe feel like there’s a cinder block on my chest
Mmm… That sounds horrifying. Your body needs to calm down. Maybe some meditation? Just a practice where you take some time by yourself, just breath slowly, and relax. It may help. But don’t do that if you have a panic attack, goodness no. Go with what nolendwohundred said. Just in between, try meditating. There are many ways to go through it, just sitting with closed eyes and breathing is one.
