Good words from notlenttwohundred. Personally I think too many suicide attempts dont work and besides we dont know it will be better if we are dead. The ideal of a painless death and release from suffering our lives – I dont think it exists. Therefore we need to look at what we can control vs what we cant control and see if we can make our lives better so we can live them. It helps to be dedicated to something or someone – that makes life easier and it passes smoother.
