okay so prozac really isnt doing anything for my severe debilitating anxiety, what else can i try,i need  it asap, icant live in this automatic every day feer an stress its exhausting

Hi There, i’m not anti meds at all, but i don’t know a lot about them, but could i suggest a good book called Relief without drugs, by Dr Mears….It helped me a lot…
I am on zoloft for depression and OCD. I take it with Cymbalta(kinda like a side kick drug). Dont know what it would do for you but thats my current set up
