I’m doing a project about suicide awareness in school and it bothers me how many people really don’t understand suicide and think that you must be stupid and a horrible person to attempt/commit.

Yeaah, it’s really shocking I think. It’s a taboo (at least in The Netherlands) and people don’t talk about it a lot. They just think you are insane and crazy if you commit suicide. The thoughts of the common people about why someone commits suicide are really bad. Suicide is something that is so misunderstood. I hope one day it will change…
