Why can’t I choose when my life ends? Why do people think its oh so bad to want to end a life? Im not killing others just myself. I should be able to have some control over what I do. If I can’t have control over my life, then why not my death? Shouldn’t I be able to do what makes me happy? I want it to end on my terms. My terms are dieing with in the first few weeks of school starting.

Because the majority of society says its wrong. They label anyone who chooses death over life a “crazy person” which I don’t understand because technically you can’t choose death it is the natural way of things. The beginning of life is the start of death. I guess since “life is precious” and “you only get one” society says you should do everything to delay death. I believe everyone should be able to decide if they want death and not be judged for it…. Its funny because long ago people who committed suicide were condemned because they were said to have done it to avoid taxes (wtf)… Therefore it was agreed that suicide is “wrong” which I don’t understand how when you are not causing anyone any more harm than if you had died by some other cause. I actually think suicide is less harmful than you being murdered by someone else because at least with suicide you consented with the ending of life. Murder is theft of life suicide is the relinquishing of life. Its like the difference between adoption and kidnapping one is involuntary the other is voluntary but the end result is the same. I say as humans we have the right to choose to death now over death later. I’ve been contemplating suicide for a while now and Im more inclined towards death now.

i feel the exact same way im the one who has to live day in and day out and experience this torcher of life why dont I get to have the say in when it ends But in the end no matter what anyone says it is your desicion no matter what anyone says or does they cannot prevent you from doing it in the end if you are determined. thats why when i attempt I will not fail I will not get put in a bullshit mental institute i will commit suicide with sucess and end MY life.
Ur right it should be my choose…. I did end up in a syupid mental institute and they said I was severly mental ill… its a load of shit

I know I don’t know you, but you seem coherent.
I’ve read some posts that suggests your a teen, but then I’ve read others that say straight out that your a mother of 2..I think.
And the post about doing it in front of them and what you should wear, that just needs explaining…or just tell me your crazy because that works for me too. I just don’t get it, because I see your comments and you seem like everyone else. In my head, some things just don’t add up and it raises all those questions when I try to consider reading your posts. I know we are all in this together, I’m just trying to understand you more.

I am a teen but not a mother… my mom will put me in that role at times with my sibling but I am not a mom

Well, if it was legal to kill yourself, they’d also have to legalize all drugs. Because drugs are usually way better than killing yourself, even the really bad ones.
I personally think that everything should be legal, unless you hurt someone else with it. And if you end up hurting someone else while under the influence of an “otherwise legal” substance, the penalty should double. The rules and penalties should be based on what problems you cause. If you cause no problems, there should be no penalty.
Again, this is an instance where we are expected to “believe” that we ARE “causing problems,” even if we can’t “see” them. But that’s a load of BS.

Life is a gift, you really should live it to the end. I understand that there are people who truly need to exit this world, so I hope (if you’re new here) you can take in the wealth of knowledge that everyone here has and make a rational decision for yourself. I hope you can gain and build some real purpose in your life.
