it wouldn’t surprise me if we all had some sort of implants in our head, or trackers or something…it seems like I’m always being watched.
I bet there’s someone whose job it is to monitor me, and they’re reading this. Hello friendly monitor, how’s it going?

“All through my life I’ve had this strange unaccountable feeling that something was going on in the world, something big, even sinister, and no one would tell me what it was.”
“No,” said the old man, “that’s just perfectly normal paranoia. Everyone in the Universe has that.” – Douglas Adams
“Friendly” monitor here: Your performance pleases me. I shall inform the Overlord of your progress.
“Or you children of today are children of the grave”. Erm, sorry. I’m rocking out some Sabbath on my gat.
Sounds like we need to get you some antipsychotics.
Wait a minute…
You aren’t trying to get a hold of meds for some other purpose, are you?
I dunno, maybe you have the same impulses as Thomas Jefferson. He once said “Whenever you do a thing, act as if all the world were watching.”
I get the creepy feeling too, like I’m being watched, and controlled. Maybe it is like Horton Hears a Who, we’re all just specks and there’s an elephant in the sky. Maybe the universe is a planet in a bigger verse, and the earth is just a little speck in it.
After all . . . how much do we really know?
That sounds like anxiety to me. You could always grab some aluminum foil and wrap it around your head to resemble a hershey kiss. But honestly, i wouldn’t be surprised that’s the future, didn’t they want to implant a microchip on people for health care in the us? that might be a step on the direction you are describing. And if you go along that route… alien implants. Yeah, just had to say it.
