Huh. You weren’t kidding when you said you followed my posts. Hey, Spring’s still a way’s away, so don’t fret over it, yeah? I appreciate your concern, but you’d be better exerting that on yourself.
Feeling a tad bit solemn with just a *hint* of content,
Shephard.
@Koji – You’re the man, my bro. I wish you the best with life there in SoCal. Always wanted to go to Coachella (that’s in the same vicinity, right?) but it seems too mainstream now. Hah. Anyhow, stay war-ry.
@purplepain – I can’t attest to knowing all that much about you, but I have it on good authority that you’re an exceptional person with quite the way of emoting your inner most thoughts. Thanks for being a faraway friend and I hope that one day you’ll write on one of your posts: βFeeling so damn good because I’ve finally won the battle with that ***** ‘Life’ and am now ‘laxing back on a beach sipping martinis/a non-alcoholic beverage of your choosing”.
All the best to you. I wish you well with the remainder of your journey through life.
Thanks Shep, I wish you the same and I hope one day you will find your solace admist this war called life. Your presence will be missed here and SP will be alot less without you. You truly are kind spirited and generous individual full of wisdom and compassion for your fellow man. I admire all you have done for the many who came here.
Well I guess this is goodbye. I wish you all the luck mate.
(Oh and I much closer to Los Angeles than Cochella, but yes it can be hipster central during the festivals.)
Don’t thank me, Shep’. You’ve helped me more than you can imagine and I’m sure lots of people on this site definitely feel the same way. I can’t say I know that much about you either, and our time here together has been short but your’re exceptional. Strong. Wise. Caring. I will miss your presence on SP, and wish you the best wherever you go, I hope you reach your goals and win this battle too. If you ever need anything, PURPLE PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN owes you. You’re loved, as far as virtual love and admiration can go, by many here. Thank you.
Looking forward to your final post and wishing you the best,
PURPLEPAIN
@Shepard: I’m asuming you’ll eventually come back, Cyborg’s usually do come back (the infamous governator’s line “i’ll be back” comes to mind), and since you are part mechanical you have to. If you come back you do have to say it with a screwed up accent, as in “GET IN DA SHOPPA”, else it doesn’t work, haha.
In any case i’m pretty sure you’ll be missed here. Wherever your reasons are for leaving i wish you the best and hopefully you’ll find the peace you are looking for (in SP or somewhere else).
Hey Shepard…..I have been away from the site for a couple of reasons, myself. The major or is I suddenly had to take charge of my 32 yr old nephew, sort of an intervention….I had mto make a 2 day road trip to Oklahoma, driving his car, to get him into rehab. He is with my brother and his wife. I am still there but leaving in two days, flying home to Phoenix. I leave for Mexico (Puerto Vallarta) in 5 weeks.

RogueLonesome, its been a while since I have seen that little avatar. Shep, may I ask something?
Affirm’. Fire away.
Are you removing your presence from SP entirely?
That’s correct, Mr. Koji.
But u cant leave π
What’s it to you? Actually, scrub that. Thanks, but I need to disengage from…this.

I am anxiously waiting for spring too, Shephard. See you then (if I am still alive), and good luck!
