I’m just wondering if my depression has some sort of pattern so I can be more prepared next time. Suicide is still a daily thought, but Id like to figure out a solution cause this is getting old
I find that mine gets triggered by certain dates that I associate with different shit. My birthday and New Year’s Day are the worst two days of the year for me, it took years to really start to understand why.
And morphine (long story, got clean, but still go crazy just from the smell of the right pills) and I’m definitely an alcoholic. Addiction is fun, and the only working treatment I’ve found for the getting through the shittier days.
Yeah mine is heroin. I get triggered just by waking up some days!! Seriously tho, my depression follows definite patterns, certain months i know are bad for me. Also of course when im using it gets bad. Im not clean yet like magicalwalrus but im trying… good luck soup.
