Rather than choosing the dangerous road to anorexia, it’s better to decide on a healthy weight for your body type, and try to maintain that with exercise, eating the right foods, staying hydrated, etc. You’ll feel much better about yourself, and other people will also compliment you when they see how positive you are about your appearance. Your body needs an adequate intake of nutrients to operate properly, if you want to look good.
