How do you want us to get back to you? Post here?
Yup.
I sent you a response but it was deleted. I will try again. I don’t have internet where I am. Sorry.
Take your medicine early in the day so it doesn’t mess up your sleep.
Eat good meals. Very important.
Your sleep plan is good. Avoid stress. Do some physical activity to help you get enough rest if needed.
I’m sure you know what you’re doing. Keep your focus.
Don’t get carried away with thoughts of saving everyone. Not yet. All you need to do is kick ass on these exams. You’ve got this and you know it. Stay calm. I don’t even know you but I can tell from your posts that you have a goal. You can achieve it.
Good luck my friend! I’m on your side 110%!
Go kick ass!
You should sleep for 7-9 hours every night, and you should go to bed at the same time every evening.
Go to bed sometime of your own choosing between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. Wake up between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
You will do your best intellectual work between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Your short-term memory is better there.
Take a nap after learning. 20 min. for a short nap, or 90 min. for a long nap (This has to do with sleep cycles.). Your brain consolidates memories during sleep.
Use flash cards to remember what you learn. Either on paper or digital (Anki is great software). In other words: Test yourself as much as possible. This will a) make you practise recalling what you have learned, b) store the memories better, and c) help you find and eliminate the holes in your knowledge. In general, asking (yourself) questions is an amazing way to learn.
Space out your learning sessions (spaced repetition). It is better to do 3 sessions of 20 min. than 1 session of an hour. This is because your brain has two modes: focused and diffuse. Focused is what you use when you’re really concentrating. Diffuse is when you’re daydreaming or in the shower. Use your focused mode to work on learning, and then give your brain a break to consolidate the memories in diffuse mode.
If possible, study with others, who are as serious (or more) than yourself.
Free online courses like the ones found at Coursera, edX, Codecademy, Khan Academy, etc. are also super useful, and often great quality. You can take courses from top universities for free!
But first off, get your sleep! If you don’t your learning AND your self-discipline will suffer.
Good luck!

Also, use software like f.lux to soften and dim your screen in the evening, so your sleep isn’t disturbed.

Also, exercise between 3 and 6 p.m. This is when you will perform best, and exercise is healthy for your brain.
