if it’s your mind that is toxic, there isn’t much to do. try not to spend too much time in your thoughts. pretend to not care. pretend to be carefree, and eventually you will be.
I’ve been depressed for 7 years. I remember what it was like at first. it was hard. I wanted to die, every day, every minute. I never gave in because I know that won’t solve anything. that’s just gonna bring pain to your loved ones. way too selfish.
after years of being depressed and a bunch of others things, I just became used to the shit and now I sort of live in harmony with my death wishes.
I know what i’ve said isn’t reassuring at all. I guess you’ll get used to it too.
