my i ask why you dont skip meals on purpose? i do it to but like you not on purpose. im just not hungry most of the time. does it count as anorexia if you just arent hungry?
when I am very anxious I’m not hungry, so I tend to not eat much more than a piece of fruit or a snack each day depending on how long the “spell” lasts. I don’t think it’s anorexia if you aren’t starving yourself for the purpose of attempting to fix your body image
yeah i know. when i get upset, really depressed, angry or anxious im just not hungry. and explaining it to my husband is hell. “you need to eat” but im not hungry, and if i eat i feel like im going to be sick. and on top of it all food just doesnt taste good. it tastes bland no matter how many sauces or spices i add. im just not interested in eating most days
