What is on your mind?
I have been in very low places.
Almost a year and a half ago, I had so much stress coming from things weighing on my mind that I started to lose it, mentally.
My only sanity came in solitude. I started clearing my schedule and suddenly found lots of time to work things out. When I wasn’t working, I would find myself doing a lot of crying and a lot of praying. From that, I started to journal and that lead to more time praying and yet, more crying. Crying is good. We have to get it out. There are lots of things to cry about.
During this healing journey of mine, I didn’t have much of an appetite and so I didn’t eat much, but when I did eat, it was very nutritious and healthy food… mostly raw, organic produce. Through this time of inner searching, I learned so much. I learned that being alone is necessary to work things out in our minds and to ask for the help that we need. In the end, I was healed. My hope is that you find inspiration in my story and that you too will be healed.
