I waiver between blaming others, blaming myself (primarily), and blaming life itself for being unfair. But really, assigning blame doesn’t seem to be helpful from my experience. As ridiculous as it might sound, do you think it’s possible to just accept that things have ended up the way they are and that the best thing to do is try and make changes to improve life from this moment on no matter how difficult that sounds?
Why not make peace amidst the way things are. I wouldn’t blame you for anything…trip, fall, forget to put your pants straight….it’s all good. Even if it’s still hard to accept, it’s the past, keep moving forward.
Just some encouragement to leave out the judgement of yourself. You’re not a reflection of your experiences, none of us are. See yourself in a good light…(or not). Again,
up to you. Good luck!

Too true. My lack of motivation is my worst enemy, only I can give myself that motivation, but my heart isn”t in life.
