So i woke up today , i was actually happy . My mom wasn’t home , she was at the store .. I was home alone ,in a long time . My stepfather , he’s in finland . So i started to listen to some music . I danced , i laughed , i SMILED . I don’t know why , but i was just happy .:)
AAAAND THEN, my mom came home , and the minute she walked in … i turned the music off , closed my door , and stoped smileing .
I’ve listen to three days grace , sentce then , and just been here , reading . I don’t know . I have to do something , dunno what , but something .

No one ever sees me without an iPod and earphones. I just drown them out.

Hey, I know how you feel. I am a mom myself and my mother really can bring me down. No matter what I do I cannot get her approval. Ever since I was 12 years old, she has belittled me. Even now that I am a mom myself, I still have conflicts with my mom.
I don’t know how old you are, but please realize that we as moms make many mistakes. My own sons who are 19 and 17 have anger issues and suicidal thoughts. I am thankful that they come to me with these thoughts. I am learning to be a better mom every day, and I am sorry that your relationship with your mom is bad. My husband and I had arguments all the while my kids grew up, and I think this is a lot of the cause of why my kids feel like you do about us. I cry sometimes knowing this. I am glad you like music and that you can be happy at times. My son loves music too and is here with me now. My hope is that times will get better for you as you get older. Hang in there, and I am here if you need a mom’s advice about anything. I am not perfect but I really care.

im pretty sure that most of us on here care, and ive got 2 of skillets cds, theyre just awesome, jen ledger is one of the best drummers ever (she was only recorded in the awake album, but still) im 18, and some of the people that have cared the most about anything have been on this site
