So the other day I was in a kik chat with 35 people who have use or still use SP as a place to vent. A few people recently joined the chat after being away from sp and chat fot at least a year, and they had seemingly moved on with their life. So they were discussing their time they spent here in this community, and I began reading.

The conversation went something like this,

Person 1 – “I’m so glad that time of my life is over…”

Waking Nightmares.

I have recently been having some pretty intense nightmares, including waking dreams, which are the most horrific series of events, emotions, and imagery that persist after you wake up. The thing that makes these dreams so incredibly petrifying is the relief you would normally feel upon waking up is shattered by the persistence of the thing you fear the most appearing in reality. I am looking at all of my posts on my wordpress via SP. Under my latest post it says that I received mail on the far right side. When I go to view this mail the website says “you don’t have….”. Curious how I might view this mail.

Any help would be appreciated.

I recently formed new bonds with people in my life. It was a byproduct of someone giving me a helping hand, offering a new life in a new place. I have been dealing with the same garbage for years, and this was the reason I wanted to die just a few months ago. I was deluded enough to think things could change, that all I needed was a little therapy, and a change of environment.

I have only psuedo-interests that center around what other people think I am good at. Everything I think and feel is based on my environment and the people in it. I genuinely don’t think I enjoy anything on an interpersonal level, and the things that do give me joy are evil. My thought patterns are full of hatred, and my perceptions of the people and things around me are filtered through a distorted lense. I feel little social joy. Inspiration Motivation Skills

Mastery is the term they use for acquired skills that are rewarding in my group therapy. I am 26 years old and have literally acquired zero skills. Getting into something and really learning it requires a inspired or motivated person. The thing is, no goals really motivate me, and I am unable to find the inspiration within myself to accomplish anything.

The waiting game.

Recently I got out of the hospital. They prescribed me a myriad of pills from an ssri to a metabolite anti-psychotic. I can’t think straight. I can hardly gather my thoughts. I feel so out of order; I feel like I am going to snap. Some of it could be sleep deprivation, but at the same time I just feel so out of control. Feels like my thoughts race everywhere except a logical point. I recently saw my dying grand father, and I found I felt almost nothing. I had no pity looking over an emaciated man’s body who will just die in days.

My girlfriend and I are breaking up. I went through break ups before I met her. I had friends then. I do not have any friends at this point; I am alone without her. I spent more than two years completely alone due to severeÂ psychological disorders. I have felt what it means to be without anyone, and at this point, I can not handle being alone again.
