So yesterday I saw a new psychologist (aka head shrinker). Cuz my normal one said I am not ready for “therapy” until I am more stable.  The new guy was pushing for in patient treatment. Â
So for those of you who have been down this road.  How do you get them off your back about locking you up???  How do you convince them you are not suicidal??  I mean – YA I think about it every day.  But I have not done anything for over 2 weeks now.  And I sure as hell dont wanna be in a nut-house.  Â

Anyone else able to feel when the “darkness” is starting to come in??
Seems like I always get these headaches just before it gets real “dark” in my world.  So, I guess this is gonna be another crappy week.
And does anyone else here who did legit ODing suffer from really bad headaches since they OD’d???  Seems like I never really had headaches before, but now I get them a lot.
I have been taking meds for about a month now….. Zoloft I think (memory is crap).
I have good days, I have bad days and I have REAAAAALLLL bad days.  Is this normal when you start meds?

Think about it.  Is the majority of “our” problem simple insecurity?  If we werent so damn worried about:
  our looks
 IF people love us
 what did they mean by ____
Do you think simple insecurity is our biggest hurdle?   Just wondering.
We have all seen the “goodbye” posts here.  Mine is gonna be a bit different.
Yesterday, my therapist basically told me that she can no longer see me until I become more stabile.  She thinks I need “in-patient care”.  I really do not want that.  My wife (who has recently become aware of my issues) has been amazingly supportive.  She says she still thinks meds and a pychiologist that comes highly recommended (without being locked up in the nut house) is how we should proceed.
