Can anyone tell me if there is any method that i can end myself without affecting other people?
I have thought of jump over a building or bridge, but, it would affect the people who own the building. I have thought of dead by car accident, but, it would affect the driver. I thought of hanging myself, but, it would scare the people who see my body. I want to end myself without affecting too many people.
Someday, I get depressed and suicidal. I keep telling myself everything will be fine. It will get better. If i keep this mind, I can hold on. Â Then, I get depressed and hopeless again. It seems like a cycle to me. I told myself if I can’t hold on, just end my life. But, I don’t know when is the right time.
Today, I write a goodbye note on my diary. I don’t know why. I feel very peaceful and relaxed after writing it down.
I have deep depression. I feel suicidal from time to time. I have stopped taking zoloft for personal reason. I am waiting for the day that I lose control and take action. But, I want to know what do you do when you are suicidal?
I graduated from college two years ago. After graduation, I suffered from deep depression for complex reasons. I cried crazily and I am very suicidal. I couldn’t even go outside to seek a job.
