I’ve found myself wanting to post something on here at least once a day. I don’t really have anything to add, nothing happened today so I’m just going to put up one paragraph I’ve just written. I’m writing a cumulative note to any and all of my family, comprising of my thoughts leading up to the big sleep. I want them to understand as much as possible.

I have anxiety, stress. When I wake up everyday I am in a state of panic. It takes about 30 mins of meditation to slow to heart rate from about 130 down to 70 beats per minute. My girlfriend says I shout in my sleep sometimes. After I slow my heart I can think straight again. But it takes about another hour before I can actually eat anything. Hi everybody, I don’t want to reveal my identity so my friends or family could not read this (just in case). I’m 18 years old and here is my life story.

Darkness… thats all I see. It swirls around me growing and growing. It twist on itself like a dark flaming torrent. It gets bigger and bigger. Screams

Screams no one can hear
In the darkness there is silence and fear
The shouts uttered by a madman
Heard throughout the ward

He is the forgotten one
The one whose lost all hope
There’s nothing anyone can do
To help him cope with his pain

He talks to himself
His brain and body taking sides
Of his split personality:
One to live. One to die.Â

The voices in his head
Tell him he should be dead
And half his will wishes to oblige
