how do you convey to someone that it isn’t their fault, but they are the reason?

how do you tell someone not to blame themselves for your death, but if they would have only listened and been there, then so too would you still be there?

is it possible at all to leave them with the full understanding that while you did not go with anger or resentment for them and their inaction… you still chose to die because they chose to leave you?

This site is literally the last stop for many before they take the final step. ReadingÂ postÂ could very well be the lastÂ thingÂ some person ever did beforeÂ committing. i don’t know where to start. i’m 22 and to keep it perfectly honest i’m a beautiful, intelligent, upper class, white female. nobody thinks i have any problems… and if i do, they’re miniscule. it’s a lie. i’m living a lie. every cry for help that i make isn’t taken seriously because people can’t seem to fathom that someone who is so blessed could be so absolutely and incessantly depressed. i have been through every anti-depressant/bipolar medication, talked to countless psychiatrists/therapists/psychologists for the last 7 years… you name it, i’ve probably done it in hopes of pulling myself out of this never-ending rabbit hole that […]

When I think of myself more often then not I just want to puke. I used to be so happy and free spirited and I feel high school and just recent events in my life is ruining me.
