That’s a shame that you feel that way. I don’t understand cutting and what it achieves, but if a loved one or friend started to cut, I would research it and find out what I could do to help or just know enough so that I was there if needed and I understood the process.

Don’t be ashamed to confide in someone and reveal the whole story. Sometimes its all we need, an ear or shoulder. Keep doing what you do to get by and maybe slowly introduce more and more until you are telling them the whole truth.
