That’s not entirely true. I care about you even though I don’t know you. I’m a fellow cutter. But I stopped cutting because I made a promise to a good friend of mine. I can’t really stop you and the only coping techniques I have is listening to music and creating art, writing too. Do you know the reason why you cut and what triggers it?
i too used to cut music was one way not to think about it still my story riegns true in the words of a song that i listen to contantly sometimes its the only wat i can describe the pain i feel now tat i no longer cut
