What do you do to yourself and why? Usually self inflicted pain is addicting and it’s really hard to quit. If you want to stop for her you should also for yourself otherwise you really can’t. I used to cut and I still consider myself addicted to it because each day is a struggle not to do it again. I also pop pills almost everyday. Lol. But I stopped cutting mainly because of my friends. I started to lose them and even though that made me want to cut more I had to quit. I decided I’d change myself. Just find ways to remind yourself of her before you do anything to yourself. It should help in some way.
If you read my other posts you’lll understand. But its like you said basically. I cut, I don’t eat. I’ve even attempted suicide and she was the first person I told. I didn’t realize she felt so strongly about it though.
Relax. Breathe. Meditate. Through meditation you will become calm and focused. Try hypnosis as well. Every day listen to self hypnosis for addictions, motivation or deopression. Also stretch, excersize and eat healthy (fruits and veggies) This will help with depression. But talk it out with your friend. But before you make her happy you need to make yourself happy. Quit for you. You are worth it. Love yourself. If you learn to love yourself, others will love you as well. Live.
