Lets say 7 people died.
Just a random 7 people.
A druggie, a homosexual, a suicidal, a thug, an abuser, the abused, perfect life.
Each and every life is different, yes?
But each and every member of their friends or family care.
People DO care.
And they WILL be crying at your funeral.
You might think no one cares,
But that doesn’t mean its true.

LOL this is bullshit.
True.
It’s just that, for me, the issue is not whether people care.
My problem is that my life is hell day in, day out, and has been for a decade now.
My relatives and friends care… but they have their own lives, their own troubles. No matter how much they care, they can’t just drop everything until I’m well again.
And countless shrinks have tried to help me, with no luck. These are professionals; my family and friends are “mere” laymen. I’d say the odds are stacked against them.
Therefore, even though they’ll be crying at my funeral, they can’t make my pain go away.
Should I keep living year after year in torment, so that no one has to cry at my funeral?
I think the same, I do.
But it frustrates me when people say no one cares.
They can’t read each and every mind.
You never know.
@ muspelhem: Very well put. I also know that people care. I know friends and family members will feel horrible when I do it, but I feel horrible now.
