Maybe think about the things you can control? There are always parts of life that happen around us and can’t be controlled… For example, we can’t control the actions of others. But we can control our own actions. If we try hard to make a strategy for ourselves, adjust it as needed but stick with it, we can move forward. What do you like to do? Try to find something related to that and go from there.
And yes… I need to follow my own advice. It can be harder than it seems.
thanks for thw advice, ive been trying to realize that life itself cannot be controlled. i just wish i could be “normal” again i guess. i hate feeling “broken” or “damaged” it makes me think people think i am less of a person, and i know i am capable of so much! possibly even more than the people that doubt me, nonetheless, it is still hard just for me to get out of the house because anxiety tries to control my entire life.
