Now that I’m not going in July, this is my new preferred method. I think it would be more uncomfortable than painful… as long as you take sleeping pills to knock you out early (it may take a while for you to lose consciousness). It helps if you’re skinny, and hungry when you go. And since the cold can act like a preservative, you need to make sure no one will find you for long enough that you can’t be revived. My plan involves no one missing me for 3 days.

Also helps to immerse yourself in a body of water but I’m a wuss about water :\
