In order to be loved you need to love. No one (with the exception of family members) will love you by default, you need to give them a reason to love you. You can’t complain that no one loves you if you didn’t even try to establish connections for them to love you. It’s so easy to sit around and complain about no one caring, but the mature way to handle that kind of situation is extending your arm and putting in effort for people to love you. I’m guilty of sitting around and complaining myself, but I’m just saying. You can’t blame other people for not loving you if you never tried.

You’re not hurting anyone by hurting yourself. People will move on, no one in the end will be affected by your self injuring. In the end only you will bear the consequences of your actions. Choose them wisely.
