actually not eating is worse, your body thinks you are in an extreme condition and lowers your metabolism in order to keep up, maybe heating healty + exercising would do the trick?
A little on the heavy side. KF is right and you shouldn’t refrain from eating. I think some people just find it easier to put on weight than others. Observe a healthy diet is important and perhaps some exercise but don’t let other people put you down or feel under any pressure. There are seriously obese people out there who manage to bring their weight under control. Do some research and find something suitable. It’s a long term objective with a view to becoming healthier and feeling better about yourself.

You can eat lots of healthy food and not put on any weight. Do you have an eating problem? What’s bothering you?
I eat healthy food nothing works so I don’t eat

I am sixteen I weigh 160 pounds right now but I want to get down to 120 I’ve already lost twenty five pounds
