From the musical “Next to Normal:”
Do you wake up in the morning and need help to lift your head?
Do you read obituaries and feel jealous of the dead?
I do.
I am self medicating interior pain at extreme ends with substance abuse, it cannot go on much longer.
My “shut down” cocktail: 400 seroquel, 4 klonopin, 4 tylenol PM plus mult oz of alcohol.
I seek cessation of all the pain, the noise and the agony of the present and future tense.
But its never enough, and I end up waking up to face it all over again.
Can some “bartender” here PLEASE help me create a cocktail that will put me to sleep once and for all?
I have access to large quantities of Invega, Abilify, Lithium, Seroquel, and Klonopin.
I know about the need to (1) crush pills; and (2) protectively use an anti-emetic to avoid vomiting — all set there.
Anyone have help for me about the quantities or combinations that can put me into permanent sleep? I would prefer not to use an “exit bag.”
Wakefulness, simply being here, is acutely more painful than any side effects leading to a fatal overdose.
Thank you so much.

Well. I hate to tell you, but it’s actually very difficult to overdose on pills. Really not as easy as one might think. And what may work for someone, may not have the same affect on another. If you are serious about the matter. I would honestly suggest staying away from attempting to od on pills or cutting wrists. Those methods have the lowest success rates. Wrists can be very deadly, bit there is so much miss information out there on it that leads to doing it wrong in many ways. I cannot walk you through proper cocktail for an od. I can walk you through wrists or the exit bag or a number of others. But I will not do it here cause the site frowns on that and I want to respect the site and the people that use it. So if you want to discuss matters elsewhere. I will. But on this site, I will ask you why you want to so bad?
