join the club! were all losers, at one time or another, do a make over, be that person you were before the only one stopping you is yourself.
Cold shower! Go for a run! Pump some iron! Do yoga! Keep your eyes looking upwards. It’s almost impossible to be depressed when you’re physically looking up. Try it. Guaranteed you start smiling or your mood will lift. Go dancing!! or just start dancing. 🙂
