The charcoao method is were you light charcoal is a small room with no holes for the smoke to escape and you basically die of carbon monoxide poisoning after a long period of time sitting in the smokey room. It is said to be totally painless.
I am from the philippines. I am in a hotel right now and im just about to do the detergent suicide method. If you are still alive could we exchange contacts? I would love to do this with someone.
It’s hard to imagine choking on smoke as a painless way to die. That’s what makes the whole suicide business difficult–there exist no painless ways to die. Even anesthesia in an operating room involves quite a bit of terror on the way down.
Pure carbon monoxide sometimes does people in with a defective natural gas furnace in the home–it causes headaches & nausea and unpleasant stuff, which made me wonder why the family doesn’t leave the house. It may be loss of good judgment happens as oxygen in the brain declines, & the victims think it’s the flu, then lose ability to act effectively to help themselves.
I still doubt there is really any good way to self-kill. There’s some psychology about thinking about methods, because stepping in front of a speeding train is easily done and works very rapidly about 70% of the time–but I don’t think I could do it. That 10% where you survive all fucked up from permanent disabilities, plus the 20% where it’s fatal but takes a long time to die of the injuries; these small possibilities loom pretty large.
I kind of think that suicide is not mental problems, but a serious act that deserves careful thought beforehand and requires a good reason for doing it. Not very many people in the Philippines killed themselves after two disasters and losing everything they had. But I’m not from there. Best to you.
If only train suicides just put their neck on the line, head on the inside then they would die instantly 100% of the time .
Neatly beheaded and just 2 body parts to be cleared up.
No splatter, no damage to the train.
Carbon monoxide poisoning with the chance of permanent brain damage due to the inhalation of an inert gas? No thanks, I’ll just roast a couple marshmallows and chuck on a steak thanks mate.
I can say that it is painless, but you get an awful headache if you don’t get unconscious right away. I blacked out because of a carbon monoxide leak a decade ago and someone saved me before it was too late. Took less than a minute to blackout, and it was something like this: dizyness -> headache -> loss of motion control -> floor -> blackout (due to gas, not the bump on the floor).
Even if i was there for less than 2 minutes after blacking out, i could never play ISSS on psx again without getting a headache, up until this day. Stupidest thing? i’m not kidding about that part, so the brain damage is real.
I think your right the charcoal way seems to be the best way. I wish I had tried that method. next time I will.
a guy from the rock band Boston died that way

that’s what drew me to it. i used to take pills but i’d just end up throwing them up.
