Sorry I’ll never understand the love for cars some people have-it’s just a machine to me. Yes sometimes I’m really grateful for having the car which has been largely dependable despite being an older vehicle but I could never get attached to it. I think high-end cars are amazing to look at but just a device like a phone or pc.
Agreed. Cars are replaceable, just like people. If you lose a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife, you can go out and get another one – just like a car, a phone or a pc.
That’s what you meant, right? Don’t get too attached to anything or love anything because everything’s replaceable?
Nice car, at least the rubber is quite small and give it a bit of a menacing look, damn federal regulations, all those mg’s and tr’s with their nice chrome bumpers had to have them replaced with large rubber ones to allow them to be sold in the US in the seventies, one of the worst conversions was the lamborghini countach, it looked horrible. Still, it’s all colour coded plastic now, but I feel newer cars don’t have the character of older ones.
Hey Phil;
The Seahags are traveling to San Diego to take on the Super Chargers today. SD will have their hands full as they face the reigning world champs.
SD blew an 11 point lead in their last game against AZ and lost 17-18. Seattle is looking dominant again this season, I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
Go Bolts!
Take it easy, Phil.
The Chargers beat the Bills in Buffalo today, they’re looking good.
The Oregon Ducks remain undefeated, they beat Washington State last night.
Right now I’m at a sports bar watching the Broncos battle the Seahawks in Seattle. This place is offering people free Sloppy Joe’s but I’m not going to eat any. I’ve seen the bathroom and I don’t want to drop a deuce in there. Hmm. Who knows? Free food – I might take my chances and hope I don’t have to bust a bowel movement.
Seattle just scored. 10-3 Seahags.
Take it easy Phil.
Phil; Dude, the Chargers won today. They beat the Jacksonville Jaguars. Their schedule gets more difficult later in the season. San Francisco and Green Bay won today too.
The Ducks remain undefeated thusfar as well. Oh Phil, we’re living in a charmed era, are we not?
Lemme buy you a beer. I’m drinking Samuel Adams Boston Lager. It’s a most tasty brew.
Who’s next? Dallas and someone else. Geezus. I like seeing Dallas lose.
Hey Phil? How come you never answer my comments? I think that Dart is sexy as hell.
Hiya Phil; I saw the dumbest bumper sticker yesterday. It read “If God’s not a Broncos fan then why are sunsets orange”? I could probably Google “why are sunsets orange” but I’ve got bigger fish to fry.
The San Diego Chargers are battling the Broncos tonight in Denver. Kickoff is in 13 minutes. SD is 5-2, DEN is 5-1 in this AFC West showdown. I’m at a casino in Oregon right now. They allow smoking indoors, they have huge TV’s, I just had some chicken wings and the beer selection is good. (I’m drinking Red Hook). How could the night get any better, you ask? With a Chargers win!
Go Bolts!
Phil; The 8-1 Oregon Ducks are beating Utah 37-27 deep in the 4rth quarter. This is good. Currently ranked #5, the Ducks need this win.
Aaaaahhh!! Touchdown Ducks!
The Chargers got creamed last week 38-0 against Miami. How embarrassing is that? Geez. If you’re wondering about my avatar that’s a Kitler. A cat that looks like Hitler. Oh yeah, they’re out there.
Yo Phil; The Chargers eeked out a win today in Baltimore against the Ravens. Philip Rivers pulled a 4rth quarter magic bunny out of his hat. SD is 8-4 now, they still gotta face New England, Denver and KC. Denver leads the AFC west but anything could happen between now and the end of the regular season.
The Ducks are looking good, I missed yesterday’s game. I’ll check the results later.
I’m stuck in horrible traffic near the NV/CA state line at the moment. Apparently half of Los Angeles went to Las Vegas for the holiday weekend, and they all decided to drive back at the same time. I hafta pee really bad, but I’m stuck in gridlocked traffic. The weather is nice though. 63 degrees and sunny.
You know the speed limit is 80 mph through rural Utah? It’s nice driving 80 without worrying about cops. The VW is getting 30+ mpg, even at 80 mph. Not bad, huh?
What’s new with you Phil? This is turning into a one-sided conversation. Take it easy, McLoven.
Big Day, Phil. Huge. The 9-3 Patriots play against the 8-4 Chargers today in San Diego. The Bolts need this win if they want to keep their play-off chances alive.
I don’t even know where to start. Pats are #1 for December wins. Bolts are #2. Pats haven’t lost two in a row since September 2012. All the stats point to a Patriots win. We’re gonna need a miracle, Phil. San Diego has to win, and Denver has to start losing.
There are four games left in the regular and San Diego’s got a tough schedule. This won’t be easy, but it can be done. Go Bolts!
In other news, the Ducks are going to the Rose Bowl. 🙂 How awesome is that? #2 in the nation, they’ll be playing against an undefeated Florida State team in Pasadena January 1st. Oregon’s 55-13 win over Arizona last Friday was a powerful statement victory. As I’m sure you know, Arizona was the only team to defeat the Ducks earlier this season.
That’s all I can think of. Take it easy, Phil.
Go Chargers.
Hi C4: Damn, you’ve got some nice knockers, girl. Damn! Is that you in that avatar?
I haven’t been here in awhile. I forgot my email address, password, log-in, all that shit. My computer remembered it though.
The Chargers lost yesterday. That’s sad. Why the fuck are you on such a depressing site? What the hell is your major malfunction anyway? Peace out, G. I gotta bounce. Feel free to comment but try not to be all depressing n shit.
yo Phil, the broncos lost to the bengals yesterday, it was a good game to watch, it’s never not fun watching the choke-master choke, looks like old age and injuries are finally catching up, eh? probably why denver was running the ball so much. looks like you’re not gonna be around anymore, i’ll miss ya pal.
@Stendarr; Thanks. I’ve managed to bend the space time continuum and sneak in here through a wormhole. It’s very complicated and I don’t want to bore you with scientific jargon. Perhaps it’s an Xmas miracle? Who knows.
That C4 guy put up a bunch of posts featuring naked women. There was an Asians-in-a-hot-tub picture, one with two nude lesbo’s kissing (one was wearing shoes), and one pic of a nude woman running on a beach. None of the models were underaged. Apparently nudity on this site is considered “inappropriate”. Discussing suicide is acceptable, but nudity is verboten. Anyway, C4 was banned. That’s alright, he doesn’t hold a grudge against admin and frankly, he’s surprised he got away with what he got away with for as long as he did.
The Chargers still have a shot. If they beat Kansas City this Sunday they’re in the playoffs as a wild card. The Bolts do well in December. They usually wait until the second game in the playoffs before the choke. 🙂 (Hope I’m wrong). Your Patriots are doing well too. You thought their season was over back in September? Haha. They’re currently ranked #1 in the AFC.
You’re a kewl kat. I wish you the best.
Yo Phil; The Oregon Ducks are in the Rose Bowl Jan. 1st. Can you believe it’s 2015? The Chargers are out. I’m flippin’ the script and goin NFC. Green Bay, baby. Fuck New England and Denver. I’m pinning my hopes on the cheese-heads and the Ducks.
Go Oregon!
Cheese-heads too. Green and yellow. Huh.
Play it kewel Phil.
Phil; The Ducks battle Ohio State this Monday for the first ever college championship. It’ll be epic. Oregon is 0 and 8 all time against Ohio, but let’s not get bogged down with statistics. A team’s personnel changes over time. Go Ducks!
In other news, I’d like to see an AFC championship game pitting Denver against New England, with the Patriots winning. Then the Pats take on either Green Bay or Seattle and lose. That would make for a perfect superbowl.
I’m thinking about becoming a limo driver in Las Vegas. I would transport clients from their hotel room (or the airport) to strip clubs. Night work. I suspect drunk limo passengers tip well. Still checking it out man, I’m in exploratory mode here. Rock on Phil.
New England versus Seattle in the Superbowl.
Man, that’s a hard one to call. Whaddya think, Phil?
I don’t know what to say. I like the Brady Bunch but I think the advantage swings Seattle’s way here. Did you see that come-back today?
It’ll be a good one, Phil.
Yo Phil; Long time, haven’t heard from you.
I’m at a sports bar in some po-dunk town drinking Sam Adams Summer Ale & watching ESPN. They’re broadcasting women’s college softball. I didn’t even know this was a sport that was played at the collegiate level.
Right now the Oregon Ducks are playing against the UCLA Bruins. Oregon is ranked #1.
Wow. I never knew that women played college level softball. I’m tellin ya Phil, if reincarnation is for real I’m coming back as a softball playing lesbian next time around. I’ll get a full ride sports scholarship to UCLA or the UofO, and I’ll entertain the shleps hanging out at sports bars in a one horse town on a Sunday afternoon with my daunting, physical prowess. Dream big or go home, McLoven. Peace.
Hey McLoven; The 1-1 Chargers travel to Minnesota to battle the 1-1 Vikings tomorrow at 10AM Pacific Daylight Time. I hope to be seated at the bar by 9:45 AM. Some people will tell you that drinking before noon isn’t prudent. I would respond by saying that not everyone is worth listening to.
I’m supposed to work all day long tommorow but I don’t feel comfortable violating my religious beliefs. I’m a practicing member of The Church of the NFL and the local pub is my house of worship. If the powers that be decide to condemn me for practicing my faith I’ll threaten them with a religious discrimination lawsuit. If people can be$lieve in God then why can’t I bel$ieve
Hi Phil; You never write, and I love you, man. Your taste in automobiles is impeccable.
I’m watching ESPN Classic. They’re doing a retrospective of the 2006 Rose Bowl. USC vs. Texas.
USC was so dominant back then, and them Texas hill-billies beat Hollywood 41-38 in that match-up. Haha. I remember that game. I was in Corpus Christie, Texas and bet on USC against a bar-tender. I paid up after the Trojans lost.
Man, 10 years ago Phil. I almost feel like I was an entirely different person 10 years ago, like the person I am today is the beaten-down-by-life version I was back then. I wonder what or who I’ll be 10 years from now?
Oh well, it doesn’t matter. Write back, McLoven (if that’s even your real name, which I kinda doubt. I’m guessing you stole that from some Seth Rogan vehicle).
The Chargers are 1-4. One win and four losses. They always squander a 4rth quarter lead. It’s painful and predictable to watch; it’s as if they magically find a way to lose even when they’ve held the lead for most of the game. I don’t know what to say, Phil. Why am I attracted to losers?
I’d like to call a team meeting and have a “come to Jesus” conversation with these guys. I doubt that will happen though, considering I’m just some average, disgruntled Joe six-pack supporter with no influence over day-to-day operations regarding what happens within that organization.
Oregon lost to Washington, the score was crazy, something like 70-35 (er some shit). Wow. Oregon does not have a promising team this year either.
I’m wondering if I should give up on football altogether. There’s no way I’m jumping on the NE or Broncos bandwagon. Ain’t happening. For some reason I always pick the lovable losers to care about. Oh well.

I know zilch about cars, but that looks pretty sweet 🙂
Thanks.

Looks like it’s got a ***** magnet 😛
Hahaha. Those rubber pieces mounted to the front bumper work great for pushing a disabled car.
