I have been about 5 months clean of self harm and for some reason, I have had a few anxiety attacks today and I REALLY REALLY want to cut again… I don’t want to but my body wants the adrenaline. What do I do?
My advice sucks… Throw away the razors. Anyway, go and eat and eat and eat. Listen to music. Try and distract yourself with anything else. Sorry im not helpful.

You could try doing some exercise until exhausted, that usually helps me a bit with anxiety.
Sounds stupid, but go for a walk. Throw on your tennis shoes and just walk. I promise you it will help <3
