I stand alone
A group of laughing people to my right
I stand alone
The rushing cars passing me to my left
I stand alone
The cold chill of the winter breeze blowing through my hair
I stand alone
In visioning myself some place else
I stand alone
As the dark clouds begin to loom lower
I stand alone
As the moon begins to rise in the night sky
I stand alone
Until it’s time to go back home
I sleep alone
Dreading the next day of which I’ll once again stand alone
A cycle that will never end

You may have stood alone yesterday but I promise you that you won’t stand alone today. I don’t care that we’re random strangers; I’m here for you.
Thank you x
No problem. :]
Nice. I’ve grown very fond of your posts, always stimulating.
Thank you. It’s nice to finally find a forum where people understand what you write about and don’t judge due to the darkness of your librettos.
You’re a beautiful writer. And I am honestly in no position to judge anyone.
To MaskOfLies: i will be honored to be your friend… I have been reading your comments and you are very caring and loving… If you feel awkward, thats ok, just embrace it… Whatever you are is all you can be, and thats perfectly ok…. What else would you be? “normal”? That is an illusion that doesn’t exist…. From what i have read, your my type of friend….
Hi Scarlett Dawn, i am really liking your deep poetry… You speak directly to my spirit’s heart…. I feel like you are the kind of person i want to be friends with…
I would love to chat more if you want
It’s hard to find people you can share a connection with when it comes to this type of despondency nowadays unfortunately
God, I’d love to be friends with both of you. If I wasn’t so bloody awkward around people.
