had my 1st practise with my home made hood today and it worked perfectly. I begin back at work next week as a self employed driver, and my last few weeks will be so that I can leave my partner enough money to clear some last bills, and pay for a cremation, and with the exception of rehoming my 2 dogs, all is fine for my departure. I have decided to make my exit away from the home we share, as I would not like my other half to find me.
the weird thing is I feel perfectly calm, less depressed and a lot less exhausted than I have for weeks.
I have decided to remove myself from all social networks (citing boredom as an excuse) and now enjoy just listening to music. perhaps it is this change that has brought me calmness. my GP has increased my sertraline to 200mg a day, and my zopiclone to 15mg.
however despite this intervention I am still very determined that my self deliverance is going to be successful

If your mind is made up then I hope u have a,peaceful sleep who knows maybe I’ll see,you on the other side my friend
Sounds like you got it all planned out. I hope it works out for you and that you have planned properly. The 3 big things that ould go wrong would be somebody coming in on you and interupting. so make sure that dont hapen. another thing is that you dont regulate the helium into the exit bag correctly and you run out of it before you asphyxiate till death. If you run out of air too soon it wont work. and the other thing that could go wrong is if you start to get scared or uncomfortable while your under and wind up ripping off the hood
just to give you some things to think about. Get a BIG tank of Helium. and maybe even a second for a backup.
good luck if you choose to go that way
but I hope you change your mind and live
Peace to you
Wow, i cant imagine leaving my sweet dogs to live without me! There are so many unwanted, neglected, and abused animals in this world! No way I would ever be that selfish
