Happiness was a myth created by the mountain people to fool westerners into chasing after the impossible dream – that way, we’d never achieve true nirvana by exploring vistas which are readily accessible yet obscured from the naked eye.

Same here. I think the trick is finding small things that give you a bit of happiness and then building on it, its not easy though.
