Losing Sweet Scott

My best friend , Elizabeth, of almost 30 years was here visiting for my  Son’s, her Godson’s, 18th Birthday from the East Coast. Her Companion, of 15 years had been having problems with Depression months before, after finding out her had terminal cancer. He had been under the care of several doctors and therapists and was actually supposed to be in a live in treatment program while she was away but he never went. His body was found on her couch, with a gunshot wound to his heart, two days later by his elderly uncle who was sent to check on him when no one had been able to get a hold of him. No note, no Goodbye… We were all left with so very much heartbreak, so many unanswered questions, so many “what ifs”….Besides myself and my Children, Scott was all Elizabeth had… Now she is left in this world without the love of her life, the most kindest , gentlest man she has ever known. I am sharing this in hopes of reaching just one person who is depressed and/or contemplating suicide…There are people who truly love you, who would do anything for you, you are irreplaceable and there is help out there for you…I you feel you need help, Please try and think of our Sweet Scott who we love and miss so very much and pick up the phone, log on to the computer , just reach out for help… Thank
