Well that was vague.
the mean words, the mean thoughts. it’s in my blood.
when your at your worst, it’s hard to keep your smile.
the vile thoughts don’t just build up.
they multiply.
I write them down.
when I come back to look at them.
the truth remains true. the hurt heals. the nonsense becomes a new lesson.
