My prayers at Night

Our Father in Heaven, blessed be Your Name. We thank you for the grace You’ve given us, for blessings everyday that we’re alive. We’re grateful for Your guidance and the plans You’ve planned for us. Your plans are perfect and you have shaped us to be this way.

As as much as I appreciate Your Love, my Father, I am afraid I am not worth much. Forgive me for my sins. This servant of yours is not holy and is not worth Your Presence. But again, it’s by Your divine love that You’ve picked us up again and again, never leaving our side. Thank you for your crucifixion, thank you for cleansing our sins.

Alas, God, I am not worth much. I cannot do so many things. I need you Lord to guide me. I need You to bring me closer.

Father, just call me up into heaven. I don’t like this world. I cannot do many things. I am just a waste of space and resources. I have plenty, but can do so little. I have hands and legs, but I contribute less to my surroundings. I am just a burden. Just take me up, Lord, before I sin any longer. Call me back, so that I do not have to worry no more. So that I may just enjoy Your presence, and live with You with nothing but Your Love. I am not strong enough to face this world. Call me up Father. Please, just let me die. Be it in a car accident or accidental poisoning, let me end up in a hospital or dead.

I thank you for everything that you’ve done and I surrender all to You. I really hope I can meet You soon, so that I can receive Your love wholeheartedly. Thank you Lord. I put this prayer into your hands and hope that you’ll listen to it. Thank you Lord. In the Lord Jesus Christ name I pray, Amen.
