3 — The walking wounded.
2 — Screamers.
1 — Those who are unresponsive.
From there, you can triage the casualties and prioritise manpower/treatment to those who need it most. Administering first aid and following through with secondary check-ups (blood sweep, functioning of extremities etc) will ensure that you’ve thoroughly treated your patient, meaning that you’ll only have to supervise them until a Casevac/Paramedic is organised and dispatched.
As someone who has a very high pain threshold, I can tell you that I know how you must feel. Physical trauma has always been easy for me to deal with; regardless of how much I grunt or give people the evils. I don’t really like the term βpain is weakness leaving the body”. I like to think of it as your body letting you know that you’re still alive.
