Everything just feels awful, nothing has a point, nothing feels real, I have not seen the point in 99.99% of the things in my life.

🙁 I am so sad that you feel this way. Depression does that to a person and it really s****. No good way to put it!
Take a step back. See the person behind the pain? There is the pain, depression, feelings and then there is YOU. You are not your pain/depression.
Please be kind to that person. You deserve it.
