For everyone out there who is struggling with suicidal thoughts and/or depression, I just want to ask you a question. Have you ever felt like this a drowning feeling? Because if I am the only one, that would be good information. Thanks.
I think everybody who is struggling with those things have a “drowning” feeling. We are all just drowning more and more until we suffocate and can’t breathe any longer.
My feeling, when in the depths of a severe suicidal episode is not a sense of drowning but an overwhelming sense of terror or insanity…so much noise and confusion, I can’t really describe it. It feels as if I will go mad if my head or heart don’t explode first.

I appreciate the feedback. I just find no one I talk to regularly would actually understand what this is like.
