I am trying so hard, so very hard to hold on. I’m only 16. People say your almost done hold on….? Almost done what? High school and move on to even more stress and pain. I’m trying so hard but I’m tired so very tired of trying.
To go on for what? I’m 34, been holding on because people keep telling me things will get better. But they don’t. Actually, now there is no one to tell me to hold on, cause I just don’t tell anyone anymore. People hate depressed “others”, after a while you need to act like you are better and shut up.
It does get better for some people, and for others it doesn’t. I’m not much older, and I’ve found that it didn’t get better for me but for a lot of my friends it did. I think maybe waiting is your best option. High school does end and you can often get out of this depression after that. That’s where most of my problems came from.
People always say “You’re almost done.” or “Just hold on, it gets better.” Everyone tells themselves that because they want to believe that. There’s always something that’s “almost done.” High school, college, your work day/week, this “one” bad year. Life is just a continuous, “Just hold on, life is almost done.”

Don’t give up! You will find the strength to go on. 🙂

Yeah life is pretty meaningless and boring if you are not son of a billionaire.
