Do you feel sad now? Or do you just feel…blah. I think it’s normal to deal with depression for so long that it becomes second nature and you get use to it, but if you no longer feel sad wouldn’t that be good?
I understand for some people, and I’m like this as well, depression can become like a warm blanket. Once you take the blanket off, it’s strange, and you find yourself reaching for the blanket again. I hope you’re okay.
