So I think I have anxiety I get so worried and I get these headaches everyday I get shaky and my heart starts beating fast I told my friend that I think I have anxiety and she thinks I have it also I’m scared it’s going to get worst I want to cry sometimes but I hold it back I hate this I really need some help do you guys have any advice to help me

i believe you do i dont exactly know what anxiety is but i do know some about it. its alright to cry sometimes from experience it really is not good it needs to be let out sometimes. im here for you just know that you are okay theres nothing to be afraid of im right here. just know that youre safe and it doesnt define you.
I deal a lot with anxiety. It sounds like that is what you are dealing with. I find when my anxiety is bad, it’s usually because I’m not dealing with something. That something usually has nothing to do with what actually makes you anxious. Sometimes it’s really hard to figure out what is actually bothering you. It could be as simple as feeling guilty about not getting something done to as extreme as finding out someone betrayed you and not confronting them about it. Is there something that has been stressing you out lately? It could be purely stress.
Focusing on breathing deep and slow can usually help get through the moment.
Well I get really stressed with tests and I’m still dealing with getting over my ex I cant even look him in the eye because I start to panic
Well, good news is that your anxiety might just be situational and once you get over your ex it may go away and not be a reoccurring thing. Fingers crossed. Most people get pretty stressed with tests so I wouldn’t be too concerned with that. Sucks though.
Maybe try writting him a letter of everything you feel and think. You don’t have to give it to him, I find it just helps process everything.
Yes, if you worry about many things excessively you could be experiencing generalized anxiety disorder. If this anxiety leads to panic attacks you would be experiencing panic disorder. I’m not a doctor, just a fellow anxiety sufferer.
You should seek treatment, whether it be therapy or medication. Try talk therapy first before any medications. Treatment is the only way I can keep it under control. If I had no treatment, I’d be stuck under the covers everyday…not good.
Being someone with pretty bad anxiety, I think it sounds like you have some type of anxiety. I recommend you talk to your doctor and get his/her opinion before you do anything. Your doctor may recommend both medication and therapy. Or maybe just one. But you should handle it in a way that is comfortable for you. I decided to do medication for a year or so then ended up seeing a therapist. Therapy helped me a lot more than just the medication.
I would also look up ways to deal with anxiety. There are some really helpful tips out there. I found a tip called ‘grounding’.
When you’re feeling anxious or panicked, look at your surroundings. Find 5 things that you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
