No good advice from me cuz I do it too. Meditation maybe, but according to the way I understand it meditation doesn’t stop the swings it just makes them less irritating.
I think with meditation it depends how long you keep practicing. There will always be emotions but I don’t think you should think of them still being like they are now but more vague. Most people don’t feel anything like this, even though they might have lots of problems with their mood. That’s one upside to using the term ‘illness’, or ‘condition’. Some people think problems like depression are a form of sadness, like everybody feels, but they’re really very different. Have you looked for any help or treatment?
