Hi. It’s just me complaining and rambling again.
I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m being flat out bullied at work. Whenever I try to talk to someone (not anyone at work) about it, they always say, “Well, that’s life.” or “That’s what being an adult is, so you have to suck it up.”
Why? Why should I have to put up with being bullied because “that’s life.” Being an adult means taking shit from everyone and just shoveling through it? I’m being completely mistreated and verbally abused and everyone’s advice or “life lesson” is to basically get over it because I’m going to run into it everywhere. That’s the worst fucking advice I’ve ever heard.
- When did this become the answer?
- Why did this become the answer?
- Why is this still the answer?
I’m over here drowning in everyone’s verbal shit and you’re telling me to just breathe it in.

Bullying is hard to deal with but by getting over with it people make the most biggest mistake! Let’s hope you’ll find a way out of this condition!
Idk, does law provide penalties for bullying???
You’ve been misinformed. Accepting abuse be it verbal or physical is never the answer. Those that bully suffer from low self esteem and inadequacy issues, it makes them feel superior to bring down others around them. They’re actually all cowards just trying to overcompensate for what they themselves lack. File formal complaints at your job, if that’s not working then find a new job that has a system in place to protect the employees from abusive co-workers.
I haven’t had the strength yet to post why I’m here on this site so you’re already stronger than me, I tried this morning then deleted it, anyway I too have had my share of bullying when I was younger. My method of solving it isn’t recommended however let’s just say in life I don’t get bullied anymore, ever. You’d be surprised what a good diet and a strict routine in the gym does for both you and the bullying cowards. I’m not condoning violence however there’s nothing wrong with good old fashioned muscular intimidation. FACT: Bullies fear muscles and confidence.
Right !
