I didn’t really know were else to come but here so…
I always feel sore somewhere, my hands have had problems for years, my back often gets sore as well as my feet when standing of walking for a long time. My knees can start to hurt too and sometimes my joints feel so uncomfortable, not in a hurting way though, just a weak way. Lately I have also been getting sore hips, or they just feel really weak.
I’m 15 year’s old and I’m quite athletic, I’m pretty sure I eat healthy (Healthy enough) and I am quite fit compared to most other people my age or just most people in general. I don’t really know what to do because I tell my parents and they just ignore me. If I tell someone like one of my friends or family they don’t really care either and my parents and probably friends just think I’m being a wimp and I don’t really know what to do.
I have been like this for a couple of years now. It doesn’t help my depression either.
Please help.

I’m not sure where you are in the world. Regardless of this, you should go see a doctor as what you describe could be an indication of a medical matter that is oftentimes treatable. As you have already spoken with your parents, talk with a school professional that you trust. If there is none, talk with your school counselor. Regardless of who you talk to, be sure that you are listened to.
If you’re in Canada, simply go to your family doctor or your local hospital. Elsewhere, not 100% certain as some countries (ahem, United States) don’t have universal health care and coverage may require insurance. I have no clue how the United States health system works.
Make sure when you see the Doc. you can ask him to run an ANA, CBC, T3 and T4 Blood tests some of what you described could find results in these tests. I work for a DR and when people come in with those same complaints these are what he runs. Im definitely not qualified to give medical advice, im just saying with those complaints that is what my DR. asks for.
You might have some kind of degenerative neurological/ inflammatory neuromuscular disorder (or an autoimmune disease). I’ve dealt with similar issues since I was a teenager as well. Ask your doctor to refer you to a neurologist. You may be required to undergo some MRI’s so they can scan your brain and spine, but don’t worry, they’re painless.
Best wishes.
Thank you guys, I’m going to try find someone to talk to, I am quite shy and it’s unlikely I would go to anyone at my school, epically because I dislike my school and whatever. Thank you for your advice and stuff, i won’t forget any of the options.
